My Saab 9-5 lost power on the freeway 160 miles from Michael's and I had it towed in. Yes, that is a long ride, but the driver was nice and tow truck drivers make for interesting conversation. I always smile when I come in and when I leave Michael's. Never any surprises and never any funny business. It's hard to find someone you trust and I trust Michael, Josh, and the rest of the folks there. They are always honest and they fix my car well. Josh is eager to please and does an excellent job communicating where things are. They get me in fast and get my car done ASAP. When I can't get there on time, they go to lengths to make sure getting my car back is convenient for me. I feel like they are family. I drive a weird car (most shops struggle to find the ignition), but Michael and his crew understand its many quirks (and mine). They tell me what's wrong and what needs to be fixed urgently and what can wait. I feel lucky that the old owner of my car left Michael's card in the glove box.
Thank you Jeff for the kind words. It is our pleasure to serve.
