All of the parts put in my vehicle have come with a lifetime warranty, too, which is a big help down the road over the life of a vehicle.Recently, on my way to work I noticed that I was having electrical trouble. I called Rich, the manager, and he diagnosed a failing alternator and/or failing battery over the phone. He recommended that I bring my ride in as my situation could leave me broken down in need of a tow soon. I dropped my vehicle off and got a ride to work from one of his crew members. I made it to work and wasn't even late!Around lunch, I got a call from Michael informing me that the alternator and battery were bad and needed to be replaced. I knew it was the right diagnosis so I approved the work. I picked up my ride after work that same day and was super pleased to see that he had fixed my electrical problems and finished the work under the estimate he gave me over the phone.I've been a customer of Michael's since he ran a one-man shop in Garden City. He now has a much bigger shop with a full crew on a better stretch of real estate on Americana Blvd. Michael's specializes in SAABs, but he and his crew have a broad range of experience with many makes and models. If they can't help you, they will give you the name and number of who you need to see.I am a very satisfied long-time customer.
