Our Saab dealer in Washington had our 2002 Saab 2.0 Turbo for 2 weeks to get it ready for a cross country trip. Well..... we made it to Boise before the engine started sputtering. It turns out the dealer never checked our vehicle emissions and crankcase ventilation because the PVC valve had failed and not been replaced, the black tubing was broken in several places and the recall kit to address most of this was never installed. I did however, find the Washington mechanics socket wrench in the engine compartment where he left when I inspected for trouble in Boise. NOW, here is how Michael and his crew saved the day. Not only did he have the complete recall assembly on hand to install, he was able to get us back on the road the same morning. Michael and Josh his service manager are gentlemen and really know their stuff on Saabs. We have owned our Saab since new in May 2002 and no one dees it more thoroughly and professionally than Michael Lille’s of Michaels Toyota. A big shout out to our friend in Boise who told us Michaels knows Saab’s and is the best!! Thanks Michael

I've been a few times. My last visit I thought I had to replace my brake light because I had exterior bulb failure message. It ended up being just disconnected and they reconnected it free of charge. Thank you!!

First off are customer service experience was great everyone was super nice. Unfortunately our car service experience was the exact opposite. We first brought our car in because it was leaking coolant. They replaced the thermostat and a fuel injector and just looked at our car and gave us a list of some things that were wrong with it, and should be done. Well just for that we paid almost $800. After getting it back it was still having the same problems leaking coolant heavily, and the thermostat didn't work, it ended up almost breaking down so we dropped it back off at the shop. They then told us we needed a new water pump and serpentine belt. And it was going to be almost $500 for that. So getting a second opinion we found out that they had broken a piece of the thermostat while putting it in, that's why it didn't work. Also that we probably didn't need a new thermostat we needed a water pump from the get-go. Also that they most likely broke the fuel injector while trying to get to the thermostat and just charged us for it. Whether or not that's true I still feel like we paid almost $800 for nothing to get fixed on our car. So after having to pay more money to actually get our car fixed and running properly I would not recommend this place at all. But everyone's experience is different it sucks ours was so bad here. We chose this place because of the great reviews unfortunately it didn't work for us.

Called in regards of needing diagnosed, explained what's going on and received the most honest and respectable answer from a shop. Trustworthy shop. If I could give more stars, I definitely would.

Thanks Aaron for the kind words regarding our business. If there is anything we can do in the future to keep you on the road please let us know.
